The British Association of Art Therapists has an online gallery featuring work from art therapists who are also artists. Three pieces of my work are included, 'Mother Earth Sleeps', watercolour & acrylic paint on cardboard assemblage; ‘This is the Story of How I Came to be’, watercolour & pencil on paper; and ‘Watercolour and Waves, Sighs and Lines’, watercolour, ink, and graphite with digital after-drawing. Prints will be available to buy online at the end of the month.

My Practice
My practice has its roots in expressive art making, in speaking with and through images, and the spontaneous creation of pictures, words and sounds. The urge to create is universal and cyclical. The creative cycle connects moments throughout the day as we make, pause, rest, and make again. The cycle links our waking moments with our sleeping ones through dream work. The creative cycle provides a connection to those around us when we share our work, and speak of it, when our work responds to other work. The cycle must allow for seasonal variations so we do not burn out or wear out.
